Arab TalentsDelete your account
You can delete your Arab Talents account at any time. Deleting it is permanent.
In the app
- Open Arab Talents and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
The account is deleted straight away.
Without the app
Email hello@jordantalents.com from the email address on your account, or tell us the phone number you sign in with, and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm the request, and we delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in details, including your date of birth and university email.
- Your profile, photo, reel and CV.
- Your questions and answers, your calls and call reviews, and your points.
Calls you had booked that haven't happened yet are cancelled for the other person.
What is kept, and for how long
- Nightly backups hold a copy for up to 14 days, after which it is gone.
- Server logs (technical records of requests) are kept for a few weeks at most.
- If your account had verified a university email, we keep that address, and nothing else, for 90 days, so it can't be reused straight away to verify another account.
