Recognition that's earned

Points for every answer and every call — and fair rules for everyone.

Volunteers earn +10 for each question answered and +25 for each video call held, climbing from Bronze to Silver, Gold and Platinum. After every call, both sides rate each other. A missed call costs a volunteer 25 points; a student or company gets a strike. Anything worse can be reported straight to the JT admin team.
