Terms of Use

Last updated: 2 October 2026 · Who we are: Arab Talents (formerly Jordan Talents) is operated by its developer, an individual based in Jordan, who publishes it under the developer name shown on the app-store listing ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@jordantalents.com. A company is being set up to run Arab Talents; we will update these terms with its name and address when it exists.

1. These terms

By creating an account or using Arab Talents (the app and jordantalents.com), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy (jordantalents.com/privacy). If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Who can use it

• Arab Talents is for people 18 and older. Students aged 16–17 will be able to join later, with a parent's or legal guardian's consent; we will update these terms first.
• One account per person. The information you give us, including your date of birth, must be true.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe.

3. What Arab Talents is

• Arab Talents connects students and companies with professionals from across the Arab world who volunteer their knowledge: written questions and answers, and short video calls.
• The service is free. Volunteers are not paid by us or by users, and nobody may ask for or offer money, gifts or favours for a question, an answer or a call. Points and tiers in the app have no money value and can't be exchanged.
• We may change, pause or end features at any time.

4. How to behave

Everyone must:

• be respectful and honest, including about their own experience and qualifications;
• keep conversations on Arab Talents: don't post phone numbers, emails, social media handles or other contact details in profiles, questions or answers (our system removes them);
• never harass, threaten, insult, discriminate against or bully anyone;
• never post sexual, violent, hateful or illegal content, spam or advertising;
• never pretend to be someone else, or use someone else's account;
• never record, screenshot or share a video call or another person's content without their permission;
• never try to break, overload, scrape or get around the service's security or age rules.

We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

5. Your content

• What you post (profile, photo, reel, CV, questions, answers, ratings) stays yours. You give us permission to store it, show it to other users as described in the Privacy Policy, and review it, only to run Arab Talents.
• Post only content you have the right to share.
• Every photo and reel is reviewed by a person before it goes live. We may refuse or remove any content that breaks these terms. Thank-you notes are public to signed-in users and must follow §4; we may remove any note.

6. Alina, our AI assistant

Alina can draft your profile from your CV and suggest volunteers. Its suggestions can be wrong: check every draft before you publish it. You are responsible for what you publish.

7. Reporting, blocking and moderation

• You can report a question, an answer, a call or a person from the app, or write to hello@jordantalents.com. Reported content is hidden from you at once. For serious reports, or when more than one person reports it, it is hidden for everyone while we review it. A person reviews every report, and we aim to act within 24 hours.
• You can block another user at any time; they can then no longer contact you.
• If someone breaks these terms, we may remove their content, limit their account, or suspend or delete it, without notice where safety requires.

8. Advice is personal experience, not professional advice

Volunteers share their own experience. Nothing on Arab Talents is professional legal, medical, financial, psychological or career advice, and no answer or call guarantees a job, an internship or any result. Companies are responsible for their own hiring decisions. In an emergency, contact the local emergency services.

9. Video calls

Calls are not recorded by us and must not be recorded by anyone. Video calls are for people 18 and older, and may be unavailable in some countries where the law requires it.

10. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete account), at jordantalents.com/delete-account, or by writing to us. What happens to your data is explained in the Privacy Policy. We may close accounts that break these terms or stay unused for a long time; we will tell you first where we can.

11. The service as it is

We work hard to keep Arab Talents running and safe, but we provide it as it is, free of charge, and we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We are not responsible for what users say or do, on or off Arab Talents, but we act on reports as described above.

12. Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by other users. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that can't be limited by agreement.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using Arab Talents after that, the new terms apply.

14. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. This doesn't take away any protection you have under the law of the country where you live.

شروط الاستخدام

آخر تحديث: 2 تشرين الأول 2026 · من نحن: يُشغّل Arab Talents (سابقاً «مواهب أردنية») مطوّرُه، وهو فرد مقيم في الأردن، ويَنشره باسم المطوّر الظاهر في صفحة التطبيق على المتجر («نحن»). للتواصل: hello@jordantalents.com. ويجري تأسيس شركة لتشغيل Arab Talents، وسنحدّث هذه الشروط باسمها وعنوانها عند تأسيسها.

1. هذه الشروط

بإنشاء حساب أو استخدام Arab Talents (التطبيق والموقع jordantalents.com)، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية (jordantalents.com/privacy). وإن لم توافق عليها فالرجاء عدم استخدام الخدمة.

2. من يمكنه الاستخدام

• Arab Talents لمن بلغ 18 سنة فأكثر. وسيتمكن الطلاب بين 16 و17 سنة من الانضمام لاحقاً بموافقة أحد الوالدين أو وليّ الأمر القانوني، وسنحدّث هذه الشروط قبل ذلك.
• حساب واحد لكل شخص، ويجب أن تكون المعلومات المقدَّمة لنا صحيحة، ومنها تاريخ الميلاد.
• حماية بيانات الدخول مسؤولية صاحب الحساب.

3. ما هي Arab Talents

• تربط Arab Talents الطلاب والشركات بمهنيين من أنحاء العالم العربي يتطوّعون بمعرفتهم: أسئلة وأجوبة مكتوبة، ومكالمات فيديو قصيرة.
• الخدمة مجانية. لا يتقاضى المتطوعون أجراً منّا ولا من المستخدمين، ولا يجوز لأحد طلب مال أو هدايا أو خدمات مقابل سؤال أو جواب أو مكالمة، أو عرضها. النقاط والمستويات في التطبيق بلا قيمة مالية ولا تُستبدل.
• قد نغيّر بعض الميزات أو نوقفها مؤقتاً أو نهائياً في أي وقت.

4. قواعد السلوك

على الجميع:

• الاحترام والصدق، ومن ذلك الصدق في الخبرات والمؤهلات؛
• إبقاء التواصل داخل Arab Talents: لا أرقام هواتف ولا بريد إلكتروني ولا حسابات تواصل اجتماعي ولا أي بيانات تواصل في الملفات أو الأسئلة أو الأجوبة (ويحذفها نظامنا تلقائياً)؛
• عدم مضايقة أحد أو تهديده أو إهانته أو التمييز ضده أو التنمّر عليه؛
• عدم نشر محتوى جنسي أو عنيف أو يحضّ على الكراهية أو مخالف للقانون، ولا رسائل مزعجة أو إعلانات؛
• عدم انتحال شخصية أحد أو استخدام حساب غيره؛
• عدم تسجيل مكالمة فيديو أو تصويرها أو مشاركة محتوى شخص آخر دون إذنه؛
• عدم محاولة تعطيل الخدمة أو إثقالها أو جمع بياناتها آلياً أو التحايل على حمايتها أو على قواعد العمر.

لا نتسامح مطلقاً مع المحتوى المسيء أو المستخدمين المسيئين.

5. المحتوى الخاص بك

• ما تنشره (الملف الشخصي والصورة والفيديو التعريفي والسيرة الذاتية والأسئلة والأجوبة والتقييمات) يبقى ملكك، وتمنحنا الإذن بحفظه وعرضه على المستخدمين الآخرين كما تشرح سياسة الخصوصية ومراجعته، لغرض تشغيل Arab Talents فقط.
• لا يُنشر إلا محتوى يحقّ لصاحبه مشاركته.
• يراجع شخصٌ كل صورة وفيديو قبل نشرهما. ويحق لنا رفض أي محتوى يخالف هذه الشروط أو حذفه. ورسائل الشكر ظاهرة للمستخدمين المسجّلين ويجب أن تلتزم بالبند 4، ويحق لنا حذف أي رسالة.

6. «ألينا»، مساعدتنا الذكية

يمكن لـ«ألينا» صياغة مسودة لملفك من سيرتك الذاتية واقتراح متطوعين، وقد تخطئ اقتراحاتها؛ لذا تجب مراجعة كل مسودة قبل نشرها. وما تنشره مسؤوليتك.

7. الإبلاغ والحظر والمراجعة

• يمكنك الإبلاغ عن سؤال أو جواب أو مكالمة أو شخص من داخل التطبيق، أو مراسلتنا على hello@jordantalents.com. يُخفى المحتوى المُبلَّغ عنه عنك فوراً، وفي البلاغات الخطيرة أو عندما يبلّغ عنه أكثر من شخص يُخفى عن الجميع أثناء المراجعة. يراجع شخصٌ كل بلاغ، ونسعى للتصرّف خلال 24 ساعة.
• يمكنك حظر أي مستخدم في أي وقت، فلا يعود بإمكانه التواصل معك.
• إذا خالف أحدٌ هذه الشروط، يحق لنا حذف محتواه أو تقييد حسابه أو إيقافه أو حذفه، ودون إشعار مسبق إذا اقتضت السلامة ذلك.

8. النصيحة خبرة شخصية، لا استشارة مهنية

يشارك المتطوعون خبرتهم الشخصية. ولا يُعدّ شيء في Arab Talents استشارة مهنية قانونية أو طبية أو مالية أو نفسية أو مهنية، ولا يضمن أي جواب أو مكالمة وظيفة أو تدريباً أو أي نتيجة. والشركات مسؤولة عن قرارات التوظيف الخاصة بها. وفي حالات الطوارئ يجب التواصل مع خدمات الطوارئ المحلية.

9. مكالمات الفيديو

لا نسجّل المكالمات، ولا يجوز لأحد تسجيلها. مكالمات الفيديو لمن بلغ 18 سنة فأكثر، وقد لا تتوفر في بعض الدول التي يفرض قانونها ذلك.

10. حذف الحساب

يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من التطبيق (الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب)، أو من jordantalents.com/delete-account، أو بمراسلتنا. وتشرح سياسة الخصوصية ما يحدث لبياناتك. ويحق لنا إغلاق الحسابات المخالفة لهذه الشروط أو المتروكة مدة طويلة، مع إخبارك مسبقاً متى أمكن.

11. الخدمة كما هي

نعمل بجدّ لتبقى Arab Talents متاحة وآمنة، لكننا نقدّمها كما هي ومجاناً، ولا نضمن أن تكون متاحة دائماً أو خالية من الأخطاء. ولسنا مسؤولين عمّا يقوله المستخدمون أو يفعلونه داخل Arab Talents أو خارجها، لكننا نتعامل مع البلاغات كما هو موضّح أعلاه.

12. حدود مسؤوليتنا

بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون، لسنا مسؤولين عن الخسائر غير المباشرة، ولا عن الخسائر التي يسبّبها مستخدمون آخرون. ولا يحدّ شيء في هذه الشروط من أي حق يمنحك إياه القانون ولا يجوز تقييده بالاتفاق.

13. تعديل الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط. وإذا كان التعديل مهماً فسنخبرك به في التطبيق أو بالبريد الإلكتروني قبل سريانه، ويعني الاستمرار في استخدام Arab Talents بعد ذلك قبول الشروط الجديدة.

14. القانون

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، دون أن يُسقط ذلك أي حماية يمنحك إياها قانون البلد الذي تقيم فيه.
